The work involved the construction of a new Assembly Hall within the existing school linked to the main corridor. The new Assembly Hall has the provision for a stage area, and can be used for school meals. It includes an area for hot food, and an access lift for disabled. The refurbishment in the existing school areas commenced during the Summer holidays and included forming a new Library, IT Room, Infants classroom, staff room and office accommodation. A new porch was also built over the existing main entrance for buggy storage and shelter for parents.
