The project comprised extensive internal alterations to a 19th century large stone building set in extensive grounds. The works included the formation of bedrooms, bathrooms, sensory rooms, reception, cafe/internet, hydrotherapy pool, lift, patient lifts, mechanical and electrical services. All works were of a sensitive nature to provide a disabled care facility, respite care and a drop in day centre. Wherever possible the existing features of the building were retained such as cornices, frieze etc and blend in well with the more modern aspects.
