Robin Purves – Director (Business Development)
Robin started his career with Stephen Easten in 1977 as a Junior Surveyor specialising in estimating and became a director of the company in 2000. In 2004 he became Construction Director and was responsible for the operational and commercial management of the company including determining strategic objectives, development of business planning, champion of best practice in quality, best value, personnel development and customer care.
Robin has a broad range of experience gained in building and civil engineering projects including residential and commercial developments and historic and listed buildings.
Paul Redman – Construction Director
Paul has a background of extensive project management experience across a wide range of multidisciplinary and framework projects within numerous sectors of the construction industry, including education, retail, health, leisure, custodial, infrastructure and residential.
As Construction Director, Paul is well versed in change and line management, developing strategic alliances and building strong delivery teams, he has the experience to innovatively and effectively deliver construction contracts large or small.
Martin O’Connelley – Commercial Director
Martin joined us in 2010, bringing with him over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Martin’s diverse experience across a range of market sectors and a good working knowledge of partnerships has provided him with the knowledge and flexibility to adapt too many different environments. Martin is a good communicator experienced in leading input in the risk management process.
